By placing an order on tavolini.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Prices are shown in Swiss Francs, or in the currency of your country when the shop displays it, and include Swiss VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Shopify’s secure payment system. Made to order pieces are paid in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Every Tavolini table is hand-blown in Murano. Colours, patterns and dimensions vary slightly from one piece to the next and from the photographs. These variations are the signature of the craft, not defects.
Available pieces ship within a week, made to order pieces in about eight weeks, by DHL, with tracking. Delivery times are indicative. Duties and taxes outside Switzerland are the responsibility of the customer. See Shipping and care.
Report any transport damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the piece and the packaging. We then replace the piece or refund it, depending on availability.
Because each piece is unique or made to order, orders cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled once confirmed. Consumers residing in the European Union may benefit from a statutory right of withdrawal under their national law; if this applies to you, write to contact@tavolini.com within 14 days of delivery.
Commissions with bespoke colours or dimensions are excluded from any withdrawal once production has started.
Designs, names, photographs and texts on this site belong to Tavolini Studio Sàrl and may not be reproduced without written permission.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Geneva, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
