At Tavolini, each piece is crafted with care, and we do our best to ensure your order
arrives safely and smoothly at your final destination.

Shipping

All tables are shipped from Switzerland with UPS.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Options

  • Standard: 3–7 business days in Europe / 8–14 business days worldwide.
    An economical option with full tracking.
  • Express – 1–3 business days worldwide. Faster delivery option with full tracking.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Taxes & Duties

Orders shipped outside Switzerland are subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are collected by the carrier upon delivery. Tavolini is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

We recommend checking with your local authorities to estimate these charges in advance.

Packaging

Our tables are individually packed in custom wooden crates, designed to offer maximum protection during transport. A screwdriver is included in the plastic pouch attached to the crate, along with the shipping label, so you can easily open it yourself.

The crate is yours to keep or discard, feel free to reuse it, repurpose it, or dispose of it responsibly.

For any special delivery requests or white gloves service, please contact us once your order is placed.

Returns & Exchanges

Our pieces are unique and sometimes made to order, which means we cannot offer standard returns. However, if your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and the item. We will assess the situation and find the best possible solution.
